Okay so this is the menu for the first week of the second summer extended time with the kiddos. Sometimes it is great fun to cook for them...sometimes it is a bit stressful, depending on what time the work day ends...
Sunday Night- Make your own pizza night (Not as easy as one would think! Especially if someone requests sausage!)
Monday Night- Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry
Tuesday Night- La Bamba Casserole
Wednesday Night- Chicken Thighs and Dirty Rice
Thursday Night- BBQ Shrimp
Friday Night- Swiss Meatball Burgers (These are great with english muffins for buns)
